- SHOULD I ADD, as I'm a natively French speaking man, that
- also many people do not speek English very well ? Many people
- are interested in programming C++, and can read English
- but they can't even answer in that language. So they hope they
- will find somebody which will understand him. I don't think it
- is opposed to the Netiquette !
- If you don't understand a question, pass over it, like you
- ignore many english-written messages for which you have no
- interest in.
