  28. SHOULD I ADD, as I'm a natively French speaking man, that
  29. also many people do not speek English very well ? Many people
  30. are interested in programming C++, and can read English
  31. but they can't even answer in that language. So they hope they
  32. will find somebody which will understand him. I don't think it
  33. is opposed to the Netiquette !
  34. If you don't understand a question, pass over it, like you
  35. ignore many english-written messages for which you have no
  36. interest in.
